I remember hearing about green tea for the first time about 10 years ago. It's been around longer than anyone knows, but it wasn't something that was hip til then. There are lots of things that they say this tea can do, but there also appears to be a lot of disagreement about what's true & what is hype. The assorted things that are mentioned as green-tea benefits sound wonderful, but no-one seems to be sure if these claims are true or not. Whatever the case, you can't seem to get away from products that have green tea in them.

When toxins build up inside the body, this can lead to all sorts of problems, so something that can cleanse the body would indeed be a great thing. Many drink it for this purpose & they claim that it makes them feel remarkably well. Others have said that they had been trying to find out how to get rid of belly fat and that the tea did in point of fact help in getting rid of belly fat. While I don't know if it truly does that, it definitely won't hurt to drink it. Others claim it has health benefits associated with preventing certain kinds of cancer.

Some of the many green-tea benefits are that it might help with irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, weight reduction, fat metabolic process, help get rid of belly fat cholesterol, & liver function. Some even claim it helps boost the autoimmune system, so it might help those with HIV/AIDS. In an effort to get these great benefits of green-tea however, it's recommended that milk not be added to the tea when it's ingested. It tends to bond with certain molecules with in the tea that may block some of the healing properties of the tea.

There are a few ways to reap the benefits of green tea. Many like to have a cup or 2 each day, and there are also green tea supplements. These are rather affordable, and anybody can find them in their grocery store, & this is also sold in health foods versions stores. Though many of the benefits of green tea are largely unknown & perhaps the conclusions aren't as strong as they could be, it certainly won't hurt anyone to drink a cup a day to see if it has any health benefits. It's considered to be an acutely healthful supplement to any diet, but it is a good suggestion to remember it does contain some caffeine. If caffeine bothers an individual, they might have to discover a non-caffeinated form.
