There appears to be a massive gap between what women think their ideal body weight is as opposed to what the figure is according to a healthcare professional. When you look at your height & your frame, the number of pounds that are healthy for you is probably a higher number than you are shooting for if you're dieting. I am aware that the weight I seem to think is what I want is indeed lower than what my doctor is telling me. There is a difference between how you think you wish to look in garments & what's healthy for the maintenance of good being healthy & longevity.

However I be inclined to carry my weight in my stomach which leaves me searching for out how to get rid of belly fat especially. In point of fact I have a lot of friends that focus particularly on getting rid of belly fat.

This has nothing to do with how you'll look in a swimming suit, but the closer you are to this ideal body weight you're, the better you're going to look. And if you manage to get rid of belly fat in a healthy way you will feel even better still. So you might not think it's perfect, but it is important to know that your ideal weight will help ensure you are around to watch your kids & your grandchildren grow up.
