Nero 9 – Download it Free July 31, 2009 by Q
For all of you still using Nero, now you can download the Nero 9 for the price of free. Yes its Really Free. However, as you would expect, this version of Nero 9 contains simply data burning and disc copying features for CDs and DVDs. If you need the rest of features and functionality you need to upgrade to Nero 9 full version.
I have to say I enjoyed Nero up to the 7nth iteration. After that I just had too many problems with it, not to mention it had grow to the size of Texas :). Just for the record, the first Nero weighted just a few megabytes, while the 9nth is up there to a few hundreds…:). Yes, I did used the mp4 converter for a few DVD’s and I think is fine and all, but it was just too little for all the rest of annoyances.
Anyway, I think is nice that you can get it for free, and get just the essentials. Go below for download:
