Wikimedia – ADD Wikipedia to your iPhone September 17, 2009 by Q

For those of you needing constant confirmations on terms and stuff, Wikimedia released an official iPhone app that allows you to access Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia. The freeware app does exactly what you’d expect it to do: access Wikipedia. The main point is “on being very simple and very fast.” As for anything Wiki-related ,the whole thing is community-built and open-source, and in the nature of Wikipedia, they’re looking for more people to contribute.
